• Arrange appointments for candidates with our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking platform
• Earn commission based on your scheduled meetings, interviews, and successful hires from your lead generation
