As the practice continues to expand, they are adding a Patient Care Coordinator to support their busy Arlington, TX office.

The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital role in ensuring a positive, organized, and efficient patient experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within established processes, coordinating multiple moving parts, and being part of a collaborative, low-drama team environment. The perfect candidate has a positive attitude, strong listening skills, and a desire to learn and grow.
You'll receive structured onboarding and training, so you don't need to have everything figured out on day one—but you do need to be coachable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-functioning team.
Patient Experience & Front Office Operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients—both in person and over the phone
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Assist with patient questions and provide clear communication throughout their visit
Administrative & Billing Support
- Collect patient payments and manage daily transactions
- Verify and enter patient insurance information
- Assist with billing and insurance submissions as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
Clinic Coordination & Workflow Management
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare for upcoming appointments and support clinic flow
- Coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Support the clinical team in delivering a seamless patient experience
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a "no drama" mindset
- Strong listening skills and ability to communicate clearly
- Humble, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable following structured processes, workflows, and guidelines
- Customer service or healthcare office experience is a plus, but not required
