Position Summary The WellSpring Community Outreach Program Manager will be responsible for launching and leading a community-based team that provides high-quality, spiritually integrated behavioral health services. This role combines leadership, compliance oversight, staff supervision, and community engagement — all within the context of a faith-driven mission. You will work closely with clinical and administrative leadership to establish sustainable systems, uphold accreditation standards, and build meaningful partnerships in Central Ohio. Key Responsibilities Program Development Launch and stabilize the WellSpring Community Outreach (WSCO) program Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Foster a positive, accountable, and Christ-centered team culture Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to CARF and OHMAS standards Oversee clinical documentation (intake, treatment plans, progress notes, etc.) Audit records for accuracy and completeness Prepare for accreditation surveys, site visits, and audits Staff Leadership Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise clinical and support staff Provide required clinical supervision under OMHAS, OAC, and ministry guidelines Monitor staff productivity, billing practices, and service delivery Community Engagement Build and maintain relationships with schools, courts, and community partners Grow client referrals and represent WSCO at networking events Support marketing and outreach efforts with the COYFC Development team Spiritual Leadership Lead staff in prayer, Bible study, and spiritual formation Represent COYFC’s Christian mission and values in all aspects of your work Guide team members in seeking God’s wisdom through prayer and discernment Provide biblical encouragement and mentorship to staff, volunteers, and clients What We Offer A unique opportunity to lead a community program that blends faith and mental health A supportive, mission-driven team environment Opportunities for spiritual and professional growth Direct impact in the lives of youth, families, and the Central Ohio community Position Requirements Experience in clinical program management or behavioral health leadership Knowledge of CARF, OHMAS, and Medicaid service standards Strong skills in staff supervision, compliance, and documentation oversight Familiarity with evidence-based treatment models and community-based care Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and COYFC's Statement of Faith Willingness to lead and participate in Christian spiritual activities Ability to integrate prayer and discipleship into your leadership role EEO Statement Youth For Christ (YFC) provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, age, handicap, marital status, or other unlawful discriminatory characteristics in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
