Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (AI, Data & CyberSec) - Austin, TX (Onsite Hybrid) Quest is looking for an experienced In-house Talent Acquisition Consultant to help support our ongoing expansion across the AI, Data & Cyber Security business units in Austin. This role is a hybrid, onsite-remote role. You will be working alongside and supporting the Regional Recruitment Business Partner for AMER. Heres What You'll Do Be a strategic, consultative, partner to the regional business leaders Advise on market trends through the use of data Utilize data to inform hiring / sourcing strategies Own the end-to-end hiring life cycle from initial role qualification, through to offer negotiation Provide direct sourcing and market mapping of key competitors Partner with HR & Comp to ensure role alignment Work with some of the latest AI-recruiting tools available What We'd Like To See 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience Experience in an Enterprise Tech company Proven ability to hire candidates in GTM, AI, Data or Cyber roles Detailed understanding of the candidate journey and how to enhance candidate experience At Quest, your work makes an impact.
