Join our passionate team and we'll train you on all aspects of fitting and selling ski and snowboard boots - no experience required! As a Bootfitter, you will provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Responsibilities: Fit guests with the latest ski and snowboard boots - we'll train you! Provide excellent guest service at one of our ski/snowboard retail shops Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends Commitment to exceptional Customer Service Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
