About the Role This position at Orthopaedic Associates supports Level I Office Surgery procedures within our outpatient orthopedic and pain management setting. We are seeking an experienced RN or LPN with a strong background in Orthopedics and Pain Management to join our growing in‑office surgical team. Key Responsibilities Circulate orthopedic and pain management procedures. Complete pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op assessments. Ensure proper room setup, equipment checks, and C‑Arm support. Maintain compliance with infection control, OSHA, and state regulations. Document all procedural activity in the EMR. Assist with room turnover, restocking, and daily logs. Collaborate with surgeons, APPs, and clinical leadership. Qualifications Active Florida RN or PLN license. Current BLS & ACLS (AHA preferred). Knowledge of sterile technique and orthopedic workflow. C‑Arm procedure experience preferred. EMR experience preferred: Athena.
