Maintenance General Mechanic

Job Title General Mechanic Pay Rate $40.53 Category / Shift Hourly Full-Time – Must be flexible to work all three shifts, work 12 hours as needed, and Saturdays as needed. Shift Times

1. st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
2. nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
3. rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Physical Location Gilroy Container (Box) 6400 Jamieson Way Gilroy, CA 95020 View phone number on click.appcast.io The Job You Will Perform Interfaces with production supervision to effect safe repairs to equipment and ensure that equipment is returned to operations in an acceptable condition Performs regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and monthly safety checks Make repairs & modifications to equipment and facilities as scheduled through the work order system Responsible for completing all paperwork assigned and coordinating with the Reliability Supervisor to ensure data is correct and recorded Other duties as assigned The Skills You Will Bring At least one year of successful mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing facility On-the-job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected Maintenance experience in corrugated a plus.
