Job Opportunity – Certified Radiology Technologist – Portland, OR 97225

Start Date: August 3, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon metropolitan area

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM). No on-call, no weekends, no floating required. Expected patient ratio 1:1 with approximately 12 patients daily.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment at a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching facility
• Day shift schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in a 3-room radiology department
• Scrubbing experience is considered a bonus for this role
• Free parking provided at the facility

Requirements:

• Active Oregon state Radiology Technologist license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Radiology Technologist
• Proficiency in adult acute care, bedside/portable procedures, chest imaging (AP, lateral decubitus, routine), operating room procedures, PACS systems, and radiation safety
• Experience with Philips equipment preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
