New Senior Living Facility in Fayetteville, NY

Salary: $63,000-$65,000

Responsibilities:
A new Senior Living Community located in Fayetteville, NY is seeking a full-time  Director of Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of general maintenance, maintaining a clean environment, vendor negotiation, painting, and ordering and maintaining adequate housekeeping and maintenance supplies. Must be able to assist in housekeeping efforts and staff management. 

Experience/Required Qualifications: 

• Three (3) to five (5) years of property management or other building maintenance experience performing the duties of a Maintenance Director or Maintenance Technician.

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in staff management
