Compensation:

$60,000 - $85,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and develop goal-oriented treatment plans based on their individual needs.
• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based and specialized treatment modalities appropriate to each client.
• Assess and address clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultation, supervision, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Current, active New Jersey license as an LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT .

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy.

• Experience working with a diverse range of client concerns and populations.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with clinical documentation.

• Prior insurance credentialing is a plus.

• Must be located in New Jersey or willing to relocate.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish meaningful rapport with clients.
