Data Analyst Job ID: 157303 Fort Worth, TX 76109 | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $20-25/hr • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm ROLE IMPACT Support the Supervision team through reporting, systems support, and data analysis within a financial services environment. Gain hands-on experience with supervisory processes, regulatory controls, and cross-functional operations while building skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting, data validation, and problem-solving. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare and maintain Supervision reporting used by Supervision Principals and leadership to provide insight into field and home office activity. • Support ad hoc reporting, data analysis, system testing, data validation, and process improvement efforts. • Coordinate with internal business partners to track and help resolve outstanding issues and respond to inquiries under supervision. • Maintain policy and procedure documentation and learn Written Supervisory Procedures (WSP), the Compliance Manual (CM), and core controls. • Participate in team meetings, training, special projects, and cross-functional interactions while communicating with internal and external business partners as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
