Known for exceptional retention and a collaborative culture, the firm is hiring an Immigration Attorney (1- years of experience) in San Francisco. This role handles complex corporate immigration cases with a clear path to partnership and work-life balance - with zero billable hour requirements. Responsibilities Prepare/file nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1) and immigrant (EB-1/2/3, PERM) visa cases. Advise corporate clients on I-9 compliance and employer obligations. Manage direct client and foreign national communications. Qualifications J.D. and active California state bar membership. 1-2+ years of employment-based immigration experience (agency background like USCIS/DOL welcome). Familiarity with PERM, nonimmigrant/immigrant visas, and LawLogix (or similar software). Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 - $140,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
