Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Emergency Room/Emergency Department services for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. As a pivotal member of the healthcare team, you will be working in a dynamic environment catering to a variety of patients, including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Handle cases involving stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction, and cardiac arrest
• Utilize specialty equipment such as Rapid Infuser and Arctic Sun
• Float across units as required
• Demonstrate charge capability to provide leadership and direction to nursing staff

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Active NY RN License with verification through NURSYS
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ED setting with pediatric experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• Documented travel nursing experience
• EMR experience with EPIC is required
