Benefits Administrator

Job Overview Join our rewards team to modernize employee benefits and retain talent across the Americas region. The Benefits Administrator supports day‑to‑day operations of the Total Rewards department, troubleshooting and improving processes, and acting as a liaison between the company and internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide operative support for health insurance, spending accounts, life insurance, disability, voluntary programs, COBRA administration, employee assistance program, and retirement plans. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations. Work with vendors to resolve file feed issues and manage related reports. Collaborate with carriers and vendors to resolve issues promptly. Assist in development and implementation of new benefit initiatives. Manage leave administration process with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute wellness & benefit communication. Coordinate and facilitate benefit‑related training sessions, orientation, seminars, activities, and events. Support the annual open enrollment process. Manage benefit plan/program billing and invoicing, including reconciliation and timely payment. Serve as main point of contact for all benefit‑related issues and as contact for plan vendors and third‑party administrators. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 3+ years of benefits administration experience. Knowledge of federal and state laws on benefits, including HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, PFL, ADA, ERISA, ACA, etc. HR Certification (CBP, PHR, SHRM) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas. Adept public speaking and presentation skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and time‑management abilities.
