Pay Rate: $18.00 to $21.00/hour (depending on experience) (1st Shift) Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Location: Dayton, OH 45404 Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role. Microsoft Office experience strongly preferred.

They are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team and help support their growing customer base.

Customer Service Representative Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you won't just be answering phonesyou will act as the vital link between clients, sales, and the manufacturing floor. You will handle incoming inquiries, assist clients with complex product orders (ranging from spiral and rectangular ductwork to specialized submittal forms), and ensure deliveries stay right on schedule.

Customer Service Representative - Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for mechanical contractors, distributors, and project managers via phone and email.
• Process detailed client orders accurately, translating custom measurements and product specifications into the internal tracking system.
• Collaborate closely with production and delivery teams to provide accurate order status updates and lead times.
• Assist clients with submittal forms, delivery scheduling, and basic product inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues or discrepancies with a solution-oriented, friendly approach.

Customer Service Representative - What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support (experience in manufacturing, construction, or metal fabrication is a huge plus!).
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a strong eye for detail. You should feel comfortable handling technical dimensions or custom order specifications.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, ERP/CRM systems) and the ability to learn internal scheduling tools quickly.
• Attributes: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
