Position Summary

Agua Pura Services, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Project Coordinator to lead field operations for water, wastewater, and underground utility projects. This position serves as the primary field leader responsible for coordinating crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and daily project activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage field personnel, communicate with clients and project stakeholders, solve problems in real time, and maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety.

Agua Pura Services is an Arizona-licensed commercial general engineering contractor (ROC 352604) specializing in underground utilities, water and wastewater infrastructure, treatment systems, and related services.

• Lead and supervise field crews on utility, construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.

• Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

• Plan and oversee excavation, trenching, grading, utility installation, and site restoration activities.

• Read and interpret plans, specifications, utility maps, and project documents.

• Ensure work is completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and schedules.

• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to management and clients.

• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and unexpected site conditions.

• Coordinate utility locates, inspections, testing, and project documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment usage, materials, and project activities.

• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel.

• Perform field work alongside crews as necessary to support project success.

• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, inspectors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

• Ensure equipment, tools, and vehicles are maintained in safe operating condition.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, utilities, water/wastewater operations, or related infrastructure projects.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading crews or supervising field operations.

• Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and utility drawings.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and changing project conditions.

• Working knowledge of excavation safety and underground utility construction practices.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Commercial Driver License (CDL).

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.

• ADEQ Operator Certifications.

• Experience with water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, lift stations, treatment facilities, or utility infrastructure projects.

• Experience operating construction equipment including excavators, skid steers, loaders, and trench compactors.

• First Aid and CPR Certification.

• Experience working with municipalities, utility districts, and government agencies.

• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift more with assistance.

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

• Work in construction environments, including uneven terrain, trenches, confined spaces, and active job sites.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ability to safely enter and exit equipment, vehicles, and work areas.

• Full-time position.

• Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work, travel, or emergency response assignments as project needs require.

Pay Range: $30.00–$50.00 per hour (depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications)

In addition to base compensation, qualified employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to project success, safety performance, operational efficiency, and company objectives.
