Qualifications/Experience Sought:

• Current, valid School Psychologist certification/licensure appropriate for Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Demonstrated experience with psychoeducational assessments, behavioral interventions, and data-driven decision making
• Comfortable providing both individual and group counseling in a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Skilled at collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and generate actionable reports
• Consult with teachers and staff to develop effective interventions and accommodations for students
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, offering expertise in the interpretation of student data
• Provide counseling services to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide recommendations for continued support
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices
