Our specialty and focus is on salads. Our guests are able to custom design their own personal salads. The guest chooses from over 25 toppings and dressings – and determines if their salad will be tossed or chopped. Our Salad Chef then builds the salad to the guest's exact specifications, giving the guest a unique experience. The Big Salad also offers signature entree salads – all made to order by our Salad Chefs. A variety of soup and sandwich options complete our healthy menu.
