The Leasing Specialist will handle various responsibilities, including assisting prospective residents with leasing apartments, maintaining strong relationships with current residents, achieving resident retention goals, and administering lease documentation. The role also involves ensuring a seamless leasing process while providing high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong customer service and resident retention skills to create a positive living experience for current and prospective residents Knowledge of lease administration and the ability to manage leasing documentation Effective communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with residents and team members Experience with lease agreements, leasing processes, and property management systems Organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in the real estate, property management, or leasing industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in property management are a bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr S2 Residential
