Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will manage high-volume phone inquiries, deliver tailored account support, and ensure a seamless service experience through effective problem-solving. Experience with collections is a plus.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone regarding accounts, payments, products, and services while delivering professional, friendly support.

• Explain rental agreements, payment options, and account status to help customers fully understand their options.

• Process payments, account updates, and service requests with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Document all customer interactions and account details in the internal system to maintain precise records.

• Collaborate with team members and adhere to company policies to meet quality and performance standards in a fast-paced environment.
