Graphic Design Associate

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Graphic Design Associate to help build clear, compelling visual communications for marketing, sales, customer engagement, and internal communications. This is an onsite role in Oklahoma City, OK , partnering closely with the Marketing team to shape creative concepts into ready-to-use design assets. The Graphic Design Associate will be responsible for producing brand-aligned graphics across print and digital channels, coordinating production with outside partners, and keeping creative resources organized for ongoing campaigns and events. Responsibilities Create designs, concepts, and layouts that support company branding and marketing goals. Develop graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, sales collateral, internal communications, social media, digital platforms, employee events, and customer-facing initiatives. Design and produce brochures, magazines (digital and print), flyers, posters, advertisements, presentations, signage, trade show materials, and other print and digital collateral. Assist with content creation for web, email, and social media channels. Complete photography and basic video projects as needed. Coordinate with printers, vendors, and business partners to ensure timely, accurate production. Maintain and organize archives of design files, photography, brand assets, and other creative resources. Operate and maintain in-house printing equipment, including monitoring supplies and troubleshooting basic issues when necessary. Stay current on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies through ongoing professional development. Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and budget expectations. Support company events, customer events, trade shows, sales meetings, employee programs, and other marketing initiatives. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to develop creative solutions aligned with organizational goals. Assist with additional Marketing Department projects as business needs require. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two or more years of professional graphic design experience preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including InDesign , Illustrator , and Photoshop . Understanding of digital and print production processes, including color theory, file formats, and print preparation. Photography and basic video production experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office , email platforms, and internet-based applications. Experience creating a wide range of marketing materials, including publications, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, displays, presentations, social media content, and digital communications. Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to support events, trade shows, meetings, and special projects.
