Concierge (Full Time)

Concierge Responsible for assisting current residents and providing support to onsite staff. Duties include a high level of administrative support and customer service to residents and other duties as assigned by the Property Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Administrative Support Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Assist office staff as requested Prepare lease, move‑in and welcome packages Prepare property marking materials and distribute Distribute all resident communications Update property website Prepare work orders for the maintenance team Customer Service Answer phones and greet residents and guests Provide professional, courteous customer service to all residents, guests, and customers Assist residents with concierge requests such as taxis, directions, packages, etc. Office Duties Maintain cleanliness of the Leasing Office and Clubhouse, including removal of trash, vacuuming, and stocking the bathroom Other additional duties assigned by the Community Manager Education / Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required. Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements Regular relocation between work sites, repeated wrist, hand, and finger motions, and moving in tight or confined spaces. Frequent use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods. Occasional need to move objects up to 25 lbs, operate machinery or vehicles, work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies), in extreme temperatures or outdoors, small or enclosed spaces, or exposure to hazardous chemicals. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $26 per hour to $28 per hour.
