TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Portland, Oregon, 97213!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of travel experience required in Med-Surg/Telemetry License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: - Experience in insulin administration - Ability to float between multiple units Description: This role requires a registered nurse with experience in Med-Surg and Telemetry. The nurse will be responsible for a patient ratio of 1:4. Weekends will be required, with every other weekend scheduled. Floating between units may be necessary based on patient care needs. A vehicle is necessary for transportation to different facilities. The candidate will need skills in administering blood products and managing central lines. Additional skills required include telemetry monitoring and wound care management. The nurse should be familiar with charting systems and have experience using the specified electronic health record system. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to commit to holiday shifts is essential. Travelers must respond to floating assignments and will be expected to comply with facility requirements. Candidates should provide two references covering their work experience.
