We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant with strong experience in CLM, Q2C, Sales processes, and business requirements to work closely with business stakeholders and support an ongoing enterprise transformation initiative.
This role is highly business and functionally oriented, requiring someone who can confidently engage with stakeholders, understand sales processes, challenge requirements when needed, and translate business needs into clear functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document Sales, Q2C, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and facilitate discussions with business and product teams.
• Understand the end-to-end sales motion, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, renewals, and related processes.
• Create and review BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Understand and interpret contracts and contractual components, including commercial terms, obligations, pricing, renewals, amendments, and termination conditions.
• Participate in solution discussions and provide functional recommendations.
• Present solutions, requirements, process changes, and demos to business stakeholders.
• Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, defect clarification, and business validation.
• Leverage Claude and AI tools for business analysis, documentation, requirement refinement, research, and productivity.

Required Skills

• Strong CLM experience - mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Q2C and Sales processes - mandatory.
• Strong functional/business analysis background.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and process owners.
• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Strong experience creating and reviewing BRDs and functional specifications.
• Ability to confidently present, facilitate workshops, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of contracts and contractual terminology.
• Experience using Claude/Claude Projects - required.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools for business analysis and productivity.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
