TAX SENIORDynamic, thriving regional accounting firm is in search of a Tax Senior with expertise in estate and trust taxation. Hybrid work setting. Candidates should possess experience in estate and trust tax. The Tax Senior will handle the prompt and accurate completion of all client tax filings. Responsibilities:Executes high-level tax compliance reviews and approval of tax returns and government audits of various complexities.Demonstrates in-depth expertise and proficiency in advanced technical skills required for client advising.Manages all client service tasks and ensures assignments are completed within set timelines.Stays informed about the credentials of all tax team members and reviews assignments for suitability.Supervises tax team members and delivers on-the-job training.Supervisory Responsibilities:Develops, coaches, and trains Semi-seniors and Staff accountants.Must understand the qualifications of all Tax team members for their training needs.Engages in reviews and assessments of the Tax Department.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in public accounting, with a demonstrated progression in tax complexity, scope, and research.
