Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based speech-language pathologist, working with a dedicated K-12 student population—primarily grades K-6. Situated close to the Fawn Grove, PA area, this role spans the full academic year from August 20, 2026, through May 28, 2027. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to enrich the communication abilities and academic success of approximately 35 students on your caseload.

Your regular schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, with the flexibility of one remote workday per week. This position offers the chance to help students thrive in a supportive and dynamic school environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in Special Education – Speech and Language Impaired PK-12, OR Educational Specialist Certificate for School Speech and Language Pathologist PK-12 (required)
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Pennsylvania license (preferred)
• Prior school-based experience working with K-12 populations, especially elementary grades, is a plus
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

• Assessing and evaluating students’ speech and language needs
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Delivering targeted therapy in individual and group settings
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
