Nanny Manager for a Family near Riverside

Want a role where your patience and creativity make a real difference for a toddler with autism and a baby whos just getting started A family near Riverside is seeking a dependable proactive Nanny Manager to care for their toddler who has autism and their six-month-old baby. This role is a great fit for someone who loves supporting development thrives on routine and takes pride in keeping a household organized.
With the children youll support developmental milestones through sensory activities outdoor play and reading. Youll also keep daily routines consistent handle infant feedings and naps and drive to and from school several days a week. Experience with or real comfort supporting a child with autism is important.
While the children are at school or resting youll take care of family laundry dishes light housekeeping organizing diaper stations and keeping household supplies stocked. Meal prep cooking and occasional errands are a plus.
The family is looking for someone honest patient and a clear communicator. Because Mom works on-call shifts flexibility is a must. Youll need to be available when school is closed and on call during certain weekends and weeks throughout the year.
Schedule
Monday: 12:00 PM 4:00 PM
Tuesday Thursday: 6:15 AM 10:15 AM and 3:30 PM 7:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM 1:30 PM
Every other Saturday or as needed: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
Compensation: $30 per hour
Requirements
