Job Overview A law firm seeks a Family Law Associate Attorney with over 5 years of experience to join their team in Celebration, Florida. This role involves managing a variety of family law matters, including both contested and uncontested divorces, with a focus on client engagement and collaboration with experienced attorneys. Duties Manage family law cases from initial consultation to final resolution. Handle contested and uncontested divorce cases, including equitable distribution, support, and parenting issues. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, financial affidavits, marital settlement agreements, and legal correspondence. Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings. Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis. Collaborate with attorneys and staff across practice areas. Requirements 5+ years of family law experience. Experience with contested and uncontested divorces. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, organization, and client management abilities. Florida Bar admission in good standing. A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the Florida Bar.
