Foundation Program Coordinator - $29-$31/hr - Arlington, VA

Overview Our client, a national trade association, is seeking a Foundation Program Coordinator to join the team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia. Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for foundation programs and research initiatives, including meetings, schedules, and communications Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives Draft summaries, briefing materials, and external communications related to foundation work Support fellowship and scholarship programs, including applications, reviews, and cohort coordination Assist with preparation for Board meetings, including Board Books and presentation materials Provide administrative support including billing, scheduling, agendas, and action-item tracking Assist with foundation events, including planning, attendee logistics, and follow-up Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong follow-through Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or project tools a plus Professional discretion and comfort handling confidential information Position Details Start date: ASAP Hourly: $29-$31/hr Converting to a salary between $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite Metro accessible EEO and Compliance Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
