With more than 4,000 locations, Mavis offers paid training, excellent benefits, and opportunities to advance within the company.About the General Service Technician PositionAs a General Service Technician, you'll perform essential maintenance and tire services that help keep our customers safely on the road. You'll work alongside experienced automotive professionals while developing valuable hands-on skills.Responsibilities include:Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tiresPerforming flat tire repairsCompleting oil and filter changesChecking and topping off vehicle fluidsPerforming basic vehicle maintenance and inspectionsIdentifying visible tire and maintenance concernsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollowing established safety and service proceduresHelping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehiclesWhy Join Team Mavis?At Mavis, we invest in our team members and provide opportunities to turn a job into a long-term automotive career. Paid training is provided.Physical RequirementsGeneral Service Technicians must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, pull, reach, and perform repetitive movements associated with automotive and tire service.
