• Hours/week: 36 hours (4 days on, 3 days off or similar rotation)
• Employment Type: Travel RN
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOAB
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years ED experience; trauma experience preferred
• Travel & Reimbursements: Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements included

What You'll Do

• Provide emergency care to diverse patient populations, including infants to end-of-life adults
• Manage patients with all acuity levels, including MedSurg, ICU, and trauma.
• Perform ventilator management, critical care drips, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and other advanced nursing tasks
• Assist with procedures involving drains, chest tubes, hemodynamic lines, and stroke management
• Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including hospitalists, ED physicians, and RTs
• Document accurately in EMR systems (Meditech Expanse) and support patient care initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in State
• 2+ years ED experience with trauma preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOAB certifications
• Strong critical thinking, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and emergency nursing skills

Preferred:

• Experience with ventilator management and critical care drips
• Experience in high-volume emergency departments
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to start
