Job Description

• Bachelors degree in Social Work, Youth Development, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with disconnected or vulnerable youth populations
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and group facilitation skills
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and youth-centered service models
