Were looking for a Service Advisor who can keep things moving smoothly, keep customers happy, and avoid being run over by overly-enthusiastic drivers entering the lane.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with the confidence of someone who knows exactly where the air filter lives
• Decode vague customer descriptions like Its making a thingy noise
• Write repair orders with accuracy, speed
• Communicate with technicians without yelling
• Up-sell maintenance services politelynot like a used-car infomercial
• Keep customers updated so they dont peek around corners
• Maintain an above-average caffeine level to survive the morning rush

Qualifications

• Previous service advisor experience is great, but if youve survived retail, fast food, or toddlersyou're halfway there
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask while remaining calm and pretending youre not multitasking
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Computer skillsyes, clicking really fast counts
• Valid drivers license and the ability to park straighter than most customers

Schedule

• Full-time, weekends will be required
