PM&R Physician – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

Board Status:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

Licensure:

• New Jersey medical license required (active or eligible)

Availability:

• Full-time or Part-time options available

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility

Patient Volume:

• Expected 18–22 patients per day

Call:

• TBD

Market:

• Brand new market for the group

• Structured compliance program in place

• Documentation and coding supported through MD Coder app (simplifies charge entry and coding)

Employment Structure:

• Physicians typically employed as W2

• Part-time roles may be 1099

Base Salary:

• Staff Physicians: $180,000 guaranteed

• Medical Directors: $200,000 guaranteed

Productivity Bonus:

• After meeting productivity threshold: 70% of billings

Typical Total Earnings:

• Average range: $230,000 – $425,000+ with salary + production bonus
