CNA - LTC/SNF

$445.06/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality patient care in long-term and skilled nursing facility settings. This role requires strong clinical skills and compassionate patient interaction to support overall well-being. Responsibilities: Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status. Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and patient care activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Adhere to facility policies, including mandatory identification and badge policies. Qualifications: Valid CNA certification recognized by the state. Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of infection control practices and patient privacy regulations. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
