Customer Experience Representative BMUSA Customer Service – Hourly Summary This role acts as a liaison between various departments, handling customer inquiries and providing solutions to benefit both BrandsMart USA and the customer. The Representative must communicate with multiple departments, buyers, management, and retail store personnel to resolve customer inquiries. Duties and Responsibilities Cashier: operate cash terminals, verify purchase price, process payments, and maintain cash office. Detect common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks and communicate potential problems to store management. Return specialist: apply BrandsMart USA return and exchange policies, handle customer inquiries efficiently, and provide solutions with minimal supervision. Document customer repairs (in specific locations) and prepare transfer forms to track merchandise for transport to the Services Center. Handle incoming customer calls and delivery-related inquiries promptly and courteously. Required Education, Experience, and Certifications Graduation from high school or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Prior retail and/or customer service experience is preferred. Required Skills and Competencies Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English (or another language as required). Basic math skills (multiplication, addition, subtraction, division) to verify amounts and costs.
