Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,393 per week

Job Title Physical Therapist (Travel) Location & Duration Nantucket, Massachusetts Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 16 weeks Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Employment Type Travel Requirements Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Must have passed the NPTED. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year's experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Responsibilities Assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. Provide direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
