Requirements for submission:

Unit Details

Unit Description
R# treatments per day: Total Inpatient Beds: 127. Department typically staffs 7 RT's during the day, 5 RT's at night. As many as 40-70 treatments per therapist.
Certs STABLE, ACLS, BLS, Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC, or RRT preferred, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS
Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?): Adults mainly, however they do have a pediatric inpatient unit and a family birthing unit (no c-sections).
What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.): All Inpatient areas, ED, as well as inpatient EKG's, outpatient EKG's and outpatient bronchs in a procedural setting. May be called to initiate CPAP on an infant. They do have a Sleep Lab, Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehab but do not require travelers to cover those areas.
Experience or 'Must have' skills: ER, ICU, Inpatient Adult experience required. Peds experience preferred. Willing to train on Peds.
