Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales and win new business within a defined territory. You will join a sales team that works with both new and existing clients to sell human‑resources solutions across the hire‑to‑retire spectrum. Your daily responsibilities include cultivating relationships with Human Resources and executive decision‑makers, setting appointments, gathering leads from established internal partners, and assessing buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, document and guide them through implementation, and ultimately ensure new business is up and running on the solutions you sell. A structured sales training program, ongoing sales training, and a culture of collaboration support your growth. Responsibilities Grow Our Business While Growing Yours : Implement a top‑down sales strategy to close sales, meet territory goals, and win business. Turn Prospects Into Loyal and Referring Clients : Recommend solutions that solve client needs and earn referral business through networking and partnership building. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family : Cross‑sell with ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily : Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and networks while demonstrating integrity and ethical standards. Qualifications Positive Self‑Starter : Upbeat, persistent, and comfortable with cold‑calling. Excellent time management and multi‑tasking skills, with clear communication in writing, in‑person, and over the phone. Strategic Closer : Experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales with a proven track record of closing deals and managing a territory. Proven Winner : Ambitious spirit that thrives under pressure, motivates to exceed sales quotas, and drives personal and team success. Preferred Qualifications Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales. Benefits The compensation for this role is USD $44,800.00 - USD $97,200.00 per year, with potential for bonus, equity, or commissions.
