Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Develop leads and generate new business opportunities. Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate insurance solutions. Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts. Follow up with prospects and customers to provide exceptional service and support. Schedule appointments and maintain an active sales pipeline. Assist customers throughout the quoting, application, and policy service process. Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Previous sales experience required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, but not required at hire.
