As a Chiropractic Assistant , you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, applying patients on/off therapy, taking x-rays, following up on records, and greeting patients as they arrive. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you. Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting and therapy rooms Answer inquiries via phone calls and email Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information Verify payment methods and process payments Take X-rays Apply Therapies Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Previous CA Experience Bilingual in Spanish and English Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ian K Yamane DCPC
