Key Responsibilities

Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations for efficient service
Prepare food by cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
Plate dishes following senior chef's guidance to ensure visual appeal and quality
Collaborate with fellow cooks to maintain a team-focused approach to food production and service
Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to kitchen schedules
Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Line Cook, ideally in a high-end restaurant setting
Familiarity with diverse cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
Sharp attention to detail with multitasking ability under pressure
Knowledge of meat, poultry, and seafood preparation is a plus
