Halifax Health Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care to hospice patients across various settings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include assessments, documentation, and participation in the interdisciplinary plan of care. Hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned, with on-call rotations.
