The Project Manager Construction will oversee residential construction projects, managing local subcontractors for the jobs. The role focuses on ensuring project planning, quality control, and schedule management while utilizing CRM software. Occasional travel is expected. This position offers opportunities for leadership advancement within the organization.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans for residential construction
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout project phases
• Manage project schedules to meet deadlines
• Coordinate and lead subcontractors
• Utilize XACT analysis and custom CRM software for project tracking and reporting
• Facilitate occasional travel to project sites as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in construction project management
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control processes
• Ability to assess and manage project risks effectively
• Strong quality assurance skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
