Financial Planner Training Class Your Gateway to Financial Planner Excellence Duration: 12 Weeks Format: Hybrid Training (In-Person + Online Components if located outside of Lafayette but must live in Louisiana). Investment: Comprehensive Career Development Program WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM UNIQUE The Magnolia Wealth Strategies Training is more than training-it's a complete transformation experience. You'll work directly with industry-leading experts who have trained thousands of successful financial advisors. This intensive program combines proven methodologies, hands-on coaching, and real-world application to accelerate your journey to success. Here's the timeline for the Financial Planner Training Program: 1. You will need:
* Life & Health License (2 weeks of training)
* We'll send you our code to get Kaplan Live Training online Desired Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* A desire to pursue the SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 (we'll sponsor you!)
* If you already have the Life & Health License or SIE it is a plus! * Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
* Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
* Previous experience in a client-facing role.
* A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success. What We Offer
