Customer Experience Coordinator

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the company, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from the moment they enter the showroom or contact the office. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
• Promptly connect customers with the appropriate salesperson or department
• Manage showroom traffic and assist with basic customer inquiries
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales staff, project managers, installers, and vendors
• Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
• Monitor and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support sales staff with administrative tasks and prepare office paperwork and reports
• Assist with preparing the showroom for sales events and company promotions
• Maintain office supplies and showroom materials
• Keep the front office and reception area organized and professional
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment, including light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and organize showroom displays, literature, and sample areas
• Support company events, promotions, and customer appreciation activities
• Assist management with special projects as needed
• Identify and communicate maintenance or appearance concerns that may impact the customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, receptionist, or office coordination preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
