We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-family projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You'll be responsible for:

• Full project lifecycle oversight

• Budget management and cost forecasting

• Schedule development and milestone tracking

• Subcontractor management and change control

• Partnering closely with Superintendents

• Maintaining strong owner and design team relationships

• Mentoring APMs and PEs

This is a role for someone who understands how projects are actually built and wants to work in an environment that supports disciplined execution.
