Job Description Pay- $25.00/hr - based on experiencePaid weekly Manual Machinist Experience neededDuties: Analyzing specification charts, samples and drawings to gain a thorough understanding of requirements. Developing a plan of action to manufacture parts according to specifications. Measuring and marking raw material needed to manufacture parts. Setting up equipment required to complete each step of the manufacturing plan. Operating equipment to carry out each step correctly. Monitoring the production process and intervening when problems arise. Inspecting finished parts for flaws and defects. Maintaining equipment located throughout the machine shop. Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.Tools You Are Comfortable Using: Calipers Micrometer (Radial, OD, ID) Dial Deburring Tool Machinist s Square Ruler GagesMachines You Are Comfortable Using: CNC LATHE CNC MILLRequirements: ABSOLUTELY MUST KNOW G CODES HOW TO WRITE PROGRAMS IN G CODE Understanding and Willingness to Adhere to Safety Protocols Knowledge of Measurement Read a blueprint
