Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality patient care
Develop and implement unit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Conduct regular rounds on the unit to monitor patient care and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and unit activities
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed
Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes staff satisfaction and retention
