Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality patient care

• Develop and implement unit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

• Conduct regular rounds on the unit to monitor patient care and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and unit activities

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes staff satisfaction and retention
