Inpatient Physical Therapist

We seek a dedicated physical therapist for our hospital/inpatient setting. In this role, you will play a key part in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence following surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will provide personalized treatment plans to support each patient's recovery journey in an inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs for hospitalized patients.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge rehabilitation and mobility strategies.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Valid Wyoming Physical Therapist license.
• Successful completion of the NPTE (National Physical Therapy Examination).
• Experience in an inpatient or acute care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
